POLICIES
STUDIO MEMBERSHIP
You can choose weekly or bi-weekly lessons.
Weekly = 42 lessons per year
Bi-weekly = 21 lessons per year
This includes 10 weeks holiday across the year.

PAYMENTS
Paid monthly via direct debit.
The total yearly cost is split evenly across 12 months for consistent monthly payments.
Do not cancel your direct debit, even if you skip a lesson — your credits will be used by the end of the year.
Your lesson time is reserved for you throughout the year. Changes can be requested if needed, but we can’t always guarantee availability.
CANCELLATIONS AND ATTENDANCE
Cancelling a lesson: Please give at least 48 hours notice to avoid losing the lesson. Less notice = lesson counted as taken.
Late arrivals: Lessons will end at the scheduled time, so late arrivals will have shorter sessions.
If we cancel: You will not lose your lesson. It will either be rescheduled or credited.
PAYMENT HOLIDAYS AND MAKE-UP SESSIONS
If you don’t use all your lessons within the year, you may qualify for a payment holiday. Lessons will continue at no cost until your full entitlement is used.
Excessive missed lessons may need to be discussed individually.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT
Studio membership is a 12-month commitment.
Cancelling early requires 4 weeks notice.
A settlement invoice may be issued to cover the difference between what you’ve paid and the lessons received.
If you’ve overpaid, remaining credits can be used for future lessons.
ONE-OFF SESSIONS
The same 48-hour cancellation rule applies.
Less notice = full lesson fee charged.
