Payment

  • After the first lesson, all tuition fees must be paid in advance, with payment due 48 hours before the start of each new lesson block.

  • We prefer direct bank transfers for payments after the first lesson, but we also accept card and cash payments.

  • The first lesson can be paid as a one-time purchase. For subsequent lessons, you need to purchase blocks of at least four sessions at a time.

Additional Fees

  • The cost of coaching does not cover expenses for music books, accompanist fees, or examination fees. These fees must be paid separately.

Events:

  • Throughout the year, BVC hosts events where students may have the opportunity to perform. These events require a participant fee to help cover the costs. Please note that due to the large number of students we work with, not everyone can participate in every event.

Continuing Students

  • For continuing students, as previously outlined in the payment policy, it is required to reserve lesson blocks of four, six, or ten sessions. These blocks must be utilized within four, six, or ten consecutive working weeks if sessions are conducted weekly, or within 8, 12, or 20 weeks if sessions occur fortnightly. It's important to note that any periods during which Bradley has scheduled breaks will not be counted as working weeks.

  • Returning students have the flexibility to select their preferred block size. At the conclusion of each block, you will receive an invoice for renewal, which will also specify your next invoice issuance date. In the event of a session cancellation that complies with the cancellation and attendance policy mentioned earlier (48 hours' notice), the session cost will be deducted from your next invoice in the form of lesson credit, while your invoice renewal date remains unchanged.

  • Invoices must be settled by the indicated due date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon with Bradley in cases of exceptional circumstances. Please be aware that cancellations falling outside the 48-hour cancellation window will incur charges, resulting in the loss of that particular session.

  • If you decide that you no longer wish to continue your lessons, we kindly request that you provide Bradley with a minimum of 4 weeks' notice.

Attendance and Cancellations

  • If you have bought a block of one-on-one lessons, you can reschedule one class if you give us at least 48 hours' notice. Otherwise, you will be charged for the missed class at the regular rate.

  • If you arrive late, your class will be shorter. If you don't show up, you will still be charged.

  • Lessons are non-refundable.

Changes and Cancellations by BVC:

  • BVC may change or cancel classes with short notice, but we will always offer you an alternative date that works for you.

Cancellations

  • Bradley Vocal Coach has a 48-hour cancellation policy.

  • You must notify us by email, phone, or text if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

  • This gives us enough time to adjust our schedule. If you don't give sufficient notice, you will be charged for the lesson, regardless of attendance.

Missed Lessons:

  • In case of illness or emergencies, we will try our best to accommodate make-up lessons, but we can't guarantee rescheduled lessons.
